Fiberboard CD Jacket

Fiberboard CD Jackets are the ultimate in biodegradable, eco-friendly CD packaging. Fiberboard paper stock gives packages a rough texture. Material is very absorbent and results in a soft, organic look. You can use the natural unbleached paper color as part of your art, prints colors directly on it for a muted effect, or print with a white area to help them stand out more. Recycled Paper stock is almost indistinguishable from regular paper stock in appearance. The more the recycled content, the softer the feel. Recycled can be ordered in coated or stock to suit your art,

Folders do not use any plastic. the disc can be held in a pocket, or with a foam hub. Pockets can be in a variety of styles, including tube, slit (slot), thumbhole, wide moon, or diagonal literature pockets. Jackets can be 2 panels (mini jacket or mini LP) on up to 10 or 12 panels or more. Multi-disc titles can easily be accommodated by adding pockets or hubs. Booklets are easily added - choose recycled stock if desired. These are custom manufactured - we can make your package any way you like!

CD Replication with Fiberboard CD Jackets - Build a Package

Instructions: To build your package, choose quantity, disc, packaging, and assembly. Your final product can be modified to add extra discs, customized with special printing effects, modify packaging style, add booklets, etc. Feel free to use Project Notes below for clarification or if you get stuck.

Disc (manufacturing & 5C offset printing)

One Disc: 12 cm CD (Pressed) 12 cm Clear Substrate CD 12 cm CDR (Recordable) 8cm Mini CD Multi-Disc Set Discs: Multi-Disc Set Type of Disc(s): Please specify type of disc(s) and number of each type you need in each set. Some Examples: 1 CD / 1 DVD-9, 7 CD titles, 1 mini CD & 1 mini DVD	Disc Manufacturing Includes the manufacturing / data replication / pressing of discs from your supplied master.	Disc Types Pressed discs- injection molding, (i.e., substrate is poured out into mold), metal layer with data is formed with metal stamper (made from glass master made from client master). 12cm discs are standard size discs, full data size. Clear Substrate Discs - uses a mini disc mask with clear substrate out to the edges. Data Size will be small (190MB), physical size the same as a standard full size cd. 	Disc Printing Up to 5-color offset from your art file (film production included). If you're not familiar with this, 5C is full color (many replicators allow only 3 in the price) and Offset Printing is the highest quality (gorgeous picture discs, almost always an extra charge - it's free here, part of our way of making sure these are WOW discs.)
	Proof discs Provided (pressed & printed) for your approval. We set up the press and manufacture & print your proof disc. It is the only way to make absolutely certain that it's perfect. We'll send to you for approval.
